EasyLegal is an AI-powered document generation platform that creates legal document templates based on user-provided information. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

The free tier provides 2 document generations per month. Paid plans provide additional access as described on our pricing page. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

5. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents generated through EasyLegal are yours to use. You own the content of your generated documents. The EasyLegal platform, brand, and technology remain our property.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell generated documents as a competing template service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED DOCUMENTS ARE LEGALLY SUFFICIENT, ACCURATE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYLEGAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service.
